Do I need to remove staples prior to shredding?
No, our shredders are industrial and there is no need to remove staples, paper clips, bindings or anything similar, we only ask you to keep plastic or lever arch files to a minimum.
Do you provide a shredding service to individuals?
Yes, we provide a shredding service for private individuals as well as companies and organisations.
What happens to the paper after it is shredded?
All paper is 100% recycled at paper mills, helping the environment as well as reducing waste.
How do I pay for your services?
We invoice all our customers following the completion of the shredding, though if you wish you can pay by cheque on the day.
How much notice do I need to give?
We are in most areas every week so to be rest assured, try to give a weeks notice, however we endeavour to conduct our services as soon as possible after the initial enquiry.
Do I require a regular or one-off shredding service?
The service you require is dependant upon the number of employees and the amount of confidential documents generated.
